This project explores the friction and coexistence between the organic and the artificial. I investigate how technology, once liberated from its original function, can be reconfigured to dialogue with nature.

Driven by a topophilic impulse—the passion for exploring my surroundings and rescuing what society discards—these works emerge from an urban archaeology. I recover "dead" mechanisms and force them to operate in an equivocal manner, generating a functional "error" that paradoxically brings the artwork to life.

In these installations, technological waste becomes the structure and support for natural microcosms. Terrariums and encapsulated ecosystems coexist with reclaimed gears, lights, and motors. Here, the machine no longer seeks productive efficiency; instead, it becomes a clumsy organism that moves, or simply accompanies the silent resistance of the vegetation.

These hybrid constructions evoke dystopian landscapes where nature reclaims its place among the circuits. They invite the viewer to imagine a future where our waste is not the end, but the strange foundation for a new form of life.
